Blackview has announced and announced the launch date for the new Blackview BL8800 and BL8800 Pro smartphones. They became an update to the BV8800. The novelties are distinguished by 5G support and the presence of a FLIR thermal imager in the older model.
The devices offer a 50 MP main camera and two additional modules of 8 MP + 2 MP for the BL8000 and 5 MP + 2 MP for the BL8000 Pro. The BL8000 also features an additional 20MP night vision camera, while the BL8000 Pro has a FLIR thermal imager instead. 8830 mAh batteries with 33 W charging remained in place – such batteries can provide up to 720 hours of standby time. MediaTek Dimensity 700 is responsible for performance. The shell is DokeOS 3.0 based on Android 11. The phones are protected according to the military standard MIL-STD-810H and are waterproof according to IP68 and IP69K.
Simply put, the Blackview BL8800 and BL8800 Pro offer pretty much the same as the BV8800 with minor differences in hardware and cameras, but with 5G support for faster content downloads in all conditions, and the ability to use a thermal imager (Pro only). -versions). The regular version is limited to night vision mode.
The new items will go on sale on May 23. Those who manage to add a smartphone to the basket in advance will immediately receive a better price.
