The occupiers are launching missile strikes on important infrastructure facilities, providing support to ground forces in the coastal area and blocking civilian navigation.
In the Black Sea and Azov maritime zones, enemy naval groupings carry out the tasks of isolating combat operations and reconnaissance areas.
This is stated in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for May 11.
“The Russian occupiers are launching missile strikes on important infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, providing support to ground forces in the coastal direction and blocking civilian navigation,” the report says.
Recall that Ukraine regained control over about 1200 km of the border within the Kiev, Sumy and Chernihiv regions. Two-thirds of this section is occupied by the border with Russia.
