The occupying authorities of the Kherson region intend to appeal to the president-dictator of the country-terrorist Russia Vladimir Putin.
The invaders will ask the head of the Kremlin to join the temporarily occupied region to the Russian Federation. Kirill Stremousov, the “head” of the military-civilian administration, says that they will do without referendums. At the same time, there will be a single decree based on the appeal of the “HNR leadership.”

It should be noted that President Volodymyr Zelensky said earlier that if a pseudo-referendum is held in Kherson, then Ukraine will withdraw from the negotiation process.
“In order to neutralize the warnings, the idea of creating KhNR was abandoned and went straight to the desire to make Kherson part of Russia. Attention: this is a manipulation designed to create the impression that the Kherson region itself “dreams of reuniting” with Russia in order to restore “historical justice,” – the message says.
Recall that the Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian invaders were unable to hold their so-called referendums in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular, in Kherson.
