In Ukraine, fuel supply routes are changing, its transportation by road, rail and river transport is increasing.
Currently, work is underway on railway transshipment hubs and non-standard logistics routes through the ports of the Black Sea, the Baltic and the Andria. Fuel supply logistics has changed.
This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in Telegram.
“We are actively reorienting Ukraine to other routes for the supply of fuel. As a result, we increased the volume of road transportation in May by 15 times, rail and river – by 5 times,” the report says.
It is expected that in May Ukraine will require 120,000 tons of gasoline and 254,000 tons of diesel.
According to the Minister of Economy, these needs can be met through the maximum volume of imports, increasing the capacity of road crossings and railway overload.
Recall that in Ukraine there was an acute shortage of fuel at gas stations. To solve the problem, the government raised the marginal prices for gasoline and diesel fuel by 40-43%. Rostislav Shurma, Deputy Head of the President’s Office, noted that Ukraine will create a fuel reserve for several months in advance, which the Russian occupiers will not be able to destroy.
