The restoration of roads and structures destroyed during the war in Ukraine, according to Ukravtodor, requires at least 900 billion hryvnia, as well as three to four years, if funding is available.
It is reported by Forbes.
According to the first deputy head of Ukravtodor, Andriy Ivko, 23,500 km of roads, more than 300 artificial structures , which were destroyed by the army of Russian invaders, need to be rebuilt.
He counts on two sources of funding : the seized assets of the Russian Federation and funding under the so-called Marshall Plan for Ukraine, the discussion of which continues at the level of the European Commission, the leadership of Great Britain, the United States and Canada.
Recall that the World Bank will provide Ukraine with about $200 million per month. They will be used to pay civil servants and teachers.
