Anti-personnel mines were installed on the beaches of the Odesa region: people are asked not to walk on the sand

In the context of the war, it became necessary to protect the sea coast in the Odessa region.

Anti-personnel mines have been placed on the beaches of the South Hulk. That is why people are asked not to walk along the coast.

This was reported in the Yuzhnensky city council.

It is noted that the ammunition reacts to pedestrians: anti-personnel mines were added to anti-tank mines. Therefore, they can detonate.

“The military warns of additional measures to protect the sandy strip of the coastal territory. Movement on the sand is strictly prohibited! Anti-personnel mines have been added to anti-tank mines, which react to pedestrians,” the message says.

Recall that the beaches were also doubtful in Odessa. The OVA said that perhaps the local authorities will find an alternative to treatment on the beaches during the war. Although people are asked not to move around the beaches and coastline, there is a chance that they will try to sunbathe or swim in the sea.
