The Kyiv regional military administration has developed a project for the construction of a residential complex in Irpen for people who have lost their homes.
This was announced by Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
According to him, the complex with social infrastructure with an estimated living area of 50,000 m² will meet modern standards of inclusiveness, energy efficiency and safety.
“A mandatory requirement for the implementation of this project should be a solution for barrier-free, energy saving and requirements for the placement of a shelter,” Tymoshenko explained.
The approximate total number of apartments should be 900-1000 units.
“We plan to complete all the work in 5 months,” said the deputy head of the OP.
He added that the construction of another such residential complex is planned in Borodyanka.
As Tymoshenko said earlier, about 186,000 Ukrainians who lost their homes due to the war will be provided with apartments this year.
