The prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the laws and customs of war.

Recall that on the night of May 13, the Russian invaders fired missiles at the Sumy region twice . The shelling was carried out from the territory of the Russian Federation at the border settlement of Ochkino in the Shostka district.
