The situation in the Luhansk region is becoming more complicated, because the invaders are trying with all their might to break through the defense.

“The situation is getting more complicated. As I understand it, now the enemy has given up all efforts to break through the defense line at least somewhere. More than two thousand pieces of equipment were counted in the Luhansk region in a day,” he said.
The head of the region did not name directions. However, he assured that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are holding the line of defense. According to Gaidai, “many personnel were taken away.” The Russians are storming Rubizhne, Zolote, Nizhne, the outskirts of Severodonetsk. The enemy is also trying to build pontoon crossings to overturn equipment and people across the Seversky Donets River.
Gaidai said that during the day on May 12, the Russian invaders opened fire on the region 31 times.
“The orcs are unable to overcome the Ukrainians in battle, so the rashists deliberately destroy the area, turning it into a desert. The settlements that have held the line of defense since the first day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine (February 24 – Ed.) Are destroyed by 80%.
