Employees of the SBU also exposed an extensive intelligence network of the Russian special services, which was led from the annexed Crimea. Currently, the editor-in-chief, who coordinated the activities of the group, is hiding in the temporarily occupied territory. SBU investigators informed him of the suspicion in absentia.
As reported, the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine expelled from its ranks journalists from the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporozhye region for collaborationism . Three journalists from Melitopol were expelled for treason: Olesya Grusneva, Denis Dorofeev and Dmitry Pereverzev. They began to cooperate with the Russian occupiers.
