Since February 24, the Russian Federation has launched 1,474 missile strikes and over 3,000 air strikes on Ukraine.
The Russian invaders are waging a very cruel war against the Ukrainians, which has not been on the European continent for 77 years.
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelensky in his traditional video message on the evening of May 23.
According to him, we are talking about a total war, when the enemy is trying to destroy as many people and infrastructure as possible.
The President emphasized that only four enemy missiles killed 87 people in Desna in the Chernihiv region. In total, since February 24, the Russian army has launched 1,474 missile strikes on Ukraine, using 2,275 different missiles.
“The absolute majority – on civilian targets. In less than three months, there have already been more than 3,000 air strikes by Russian planes and helicopters. What other country has withstood such a scale of strikes?” Zelensky said.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky said that the war would end with the victory of Ukraine, because there is simply no other way out .
