Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the British Prime Minister has shown himself to be a true friend of our country. To thank Johnson for his work and solidarity, the Ukrainian embassy gave him a special gift.
The Embassy of Ukraine made an unexpected gift to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson – a Ukrainian embroidered shirt from designer Yulia Magdych . Ukrainian national clothes have already been handed over to the British prime minister, as the embassy announced on Twitter.
“In honor of Vyshyvanka Day, we presented Boris Johnson with an embroidered shirt designed by the famous Ukrainian designer Yulia Magdych,” the embassy said in a statement.
Under the publication of the embassy, Prime Minister Johnson personally wrote words of gratitude.
“Thank you for this honor. Glory to Ukraine,” Johnson wrote.
Thank you for this honor. Slava Ukraine.
