The flow of information about the OPPO Reno 8 family does not stop. Today we have already managed to get acquainted with the design of all three new products in press pictures , as well as take a look at the older Reno 8 Pro + live . Now it’s time to talk about the stuffing of devices and key differences within the series, of which there were not so many. Let’s start with the similarities: all three models are reportedly equipped with a 50 + 8 + 2 MP camera set and a 32 MP front camera, a 4500 mAh battery and 80 W charging.

The differences begin with the materials – the “firmware” boasts a metal frame, while in the base Reno 8 it is plastic. The key difference lies in the chipsets and screens: in Reno 8 Pro + it is Dimensity 8100 Max with a MariSilicon X chip and a 120 Hz OLED screen (6.7 “); Reno 8 Pro will receive the latest Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 with the same MariSilicon X and a similar OLED panel with a slightly smaller diagonal of 6.62”. But in the case of the base Reno 8, we are talking about a 90-Hz OLED panel (6.43 “) and a Dimensity 1300 chip. Finally, all three models will offer memory configurations of 8/256 and 12/256 GB, and Reno 8 Pro ( not a plus!) also 8/128 GB The announcement will take place on May 23rd.
