There will be no “miracle” in the form of apartments for sale in Kyiv for 20-30 thousand dollars. Prices for new buildings have already increased in western Ukraine and Odessa. In the capital, the price has not changed yet, recovery has just begun.
This was stated by real estate expert, marketing director of LUN Denis Sudilkovskiy in an interview with dev.ua.
According to him, now the real estate market is at the bottom . It has already begun to recover, but Kiev is lagging behind the western regions . For example, in Lviv, 79% of new buildings have already continued construction, in the capital – only 17% .
“Everyone understands that the war has not ended. And Kyiv can still become a target for capture. Although this is unlikely, the psychological factor has not gone away,” he said.
Sudilkovsky explained that the increase in housing prices from developers is due to the rising cost of materials and labor, as well as a lack of understanding of what demand will be.
Recall that in Kiev, homeowners who sheltered internally displaced persons can receive compensation from the state.
