On Friday afternoon, the Russians launched powerful air strikes on Odesa and Kharkiv regions. The air alarm was sounded all over Ukraine, in many oblasts it is still going on.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi commented on the strike: “Russia’s missile strike on the newly reconstructed House of Culture … The occupiers have identified culture, education and humanity as their enemies.”

Residents of Kharkiv report a missile strike on the Kyiv district of the city. As a result of the shelling, a fire broke out, confirmed to “Public” in the SES of the region.

In the Odesa region, the missile hit “one of the infrastructure facilities,” said Serhiy Bratchuk, a spokesman for the Odessa Regional State Administration.

As a result, a fire broke out, rescuers are working on the scene.

There is no threat to the life and health of the civilian population in the nearby settlements, Bratchuk added.
