Immediately after Qualcomm’s presentation, the first screenshots of AnTuTu measurements of the fresh Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 appeared on the Web. In one of the tests, the Realme RMX3551 model took part, which sources call the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition. The device managed to score 1,059,554 points, which doesn’t look like the 10% performance boost claimed by Qualcomm. The ASUS ROG Phone 6 gaming phone, which also passed the AnTuTu test and scored 1,118,161 points there, can improve the situation, which is more like the increase expected from the chip. However, we are talking about devices that have not yet been released on early versions of the software, and companies still have a few weeks to polish the performance of the first smartphones on Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
