“The work is being carried out on the section from the Pyatikhatskaya road junction towards the Rogan residential area, as well as on the M-20 Kharkiv-Shcherbakovka road in the Ecopark area,” Ukravtodor noted.

Currently, about 20 people and 10 units of special equipment are clearing the already cleared sections of the road from the remnants of equipment, foreign objects and dirt, after which the road workers will begin emergency repairs of the affected sections of the road, repair of the fence and car pavilions, replacement of road signs, etc.

Ukravtodor stressed that the Kharkiv Ring Road is a strategically important transport corridor for the city, consists of sections of 5 state roads with a total length of 82 km.

Last year, the road surface was restored here at 3 sections with a total length of more than 55 km, and this year it was planned to complete the repair. “But due to Russia’s full-scale military invasion of our country, all infrastructure facilities are on pause,” the department added.

Recall, Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko said that in some liberated settlements of the Kharkiv region, mobile points of Ukrposhta are starting to work, and in Chuguev and Severnaya Saltovka they plan to build new housing.
