The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office of Moldova, together with the special services, are conducting searches at the home of former President Igor Dodon in the case of passive corruption, illicit enrichment, treason and criminal financing of a political party.

Also, investigative actions are carried out in the framework of the so-called “bag” case. It concerns a video from 2019, in which the Moldovan oligarch Vladimir Plahotniuc handed Dodon a package that probably contained money.
