The Roshel Senator is Roshel’s flagship multi-role model, designed specifically for law enforcement and border patrol. Armor around the perimeter of the passenger and engine compartment provides protection up to CEN B7 level. The floor allows protection against the simultaneous explosion of two German DM-51 hand grenades or equivalent light anti-personnel mines. In addition, the car has windows made of bulletproof glass, and the tires have a self-inflating function.
In addition to standard security features such as armed perimeter openings, escape hatches, advanced locks, security cameras, crowd control systems, siren/horn, emergency lighting, Roshel equips its vehicles with additional solutions that improve vehicle safety, including remote control systems for weapons, additional hatches, night vision systems, fire detection systems, chemical protection units, etc.
It is known that the Senator APC is built on the basis of the Ford F-series heavy pickup truck. It is driven by a 6.7-liter diesel turbo engine with a capacity of 330 hp. and 750 Nm of torque.
