On May 23, in Rome at the Luiss Business School, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Emine Dzhaparova gave a lecture “Ukraine and the European Union: Together”. During the event, Mrs. Dzhaparova appeared in a beautiful pale blue embroidered dress with embroidery in light yellow threads. The image was complemented by several laconic jewelry.

“This dress is a natural reflection of my identity – Ukrainian vyshyvanka with a Crimean Tatar ornament-pattern. Therefore, I am proud of both,” the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine said about her image on Facebook .
