This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in an evening address on May 24.
“Almost 30,000 dead Russian soldiers, more than 200 downed aircraft, thousands of lost Russian tanks, armored vehicles and their other equipment. The Russian missile ammunition has been almost completely used up. And they want to cover this up with a lie that they are allegedly fighting not at full strength. Negligible. And the time will come when they themselves will admit it,” the President summed up.
Recall that leaflets of partisans appeared in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, promising to destroy the occupiers in the same way that underground fighters destroyed the Nazis earlier.
