Among the episodes incriminated by the mentioned military, two members of the public organization “Patriot” were tortured to death. Their bodies were found with numerous penetrating gunshot wounds.

The invaders also detained two volunteers. They tried to smuggle humanitarian aid into the occupied Motyzhin. After interrogations and torture, they were taken to a forest belt and ordered to flee, opening fire in the back. One of the volunteers died from a gunshot to the head. Another was wounded. The invaders appropriated cars and humanitarian aid.

The hands of another victim were tied by the suspects. After that, the man was tied to an ATV and forced to run for almost a kilometer. After interrogations, death threats and beatings, he was kept in a sewer pit for several days.

The prosecutor’s office reported in absentia that five servicemen of the Russian armed forces and three members of the private military company “Wagner” were suspected of violating the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder.
