Samsung does not want to leave the rugged smartphone segment, preparing to launch the new Galaxy Xcover 6 Pro. A reliable @OnLeaks informant, paired with GizNext, decided to share press shots and key details of the filling about him. Visually, the device retained the brutal design of its predecessors, becoming something between the XCover 5 and XCover Pro . Instead of wide bezels, the screen now boasts a 13-megapixel front-facing teardrop, and a much more powerful Snapdragon 778G chipset with 6/128 GB of memory is expected under the hood.
The screen is represented by a 6.6″ TFT panel with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels and a frequency of 60 Hz, and a set of main cameras did without plugs: there are 50-megapixel main and wide-angle cameras (8 or 12 megapixels). Despite the rather large dimensions and weight (169 x 80 x 10 mm, 235 g), the smartphone is powered by a rather modest 4050 mAh battery without specifying the charging power.
On the right side you can see the red-edged XCover key, which can be configured to launch an application or a specific function. On the top is a 3.5 mm audio jack and another, this time a completely red button of unknown purpose. The right side is notable for a fingerprint scanner and a volume rocker. The presentation of the Samsung Galaxy Xcover 6 Pro is expected soon.
