Samsung continues to develop the Galaxy Z Flip foldable display clamshell concept. According to the information available today, in the next update of the Fold and Flip, the Koreans will focus on finalizing the hinge, which will have a tangible impact on the dimensions. And now we have the first visual proof of this assertion. The TechTalk channel posted a video showing photos of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 prototype (don’t worry, the no photography sticker is in place), and paid special attention to the hinge.
In short, in the overall design of the smartphone case, the mechanism takes up much less space than its predecessor, but the rest of the design is not much different from the already familiar “frog”: two cameras, an additional display, a front camera in the center and that’s it. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is expected to feature Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, 120Hz display, 50+12MP camera, and One UI 4.1.1 on Android 12. The presentation should take place in July or August.
