Apple recently introduced the M2 chipset for its laptops and tablets, but so far only showed the Macbook with it on board. What about tablets? This question is answered by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg. According to him, Apple is preparing an iPad Pro update for September or October, and with the new chipset, devices will also receive an updated camera and support for wireless charging. The latter is of particular interest, given that current tablets are made in a metal case, and this is an unfavorable circumstance for wireless charging. Therefore, one of two things: either Apple has found some special implementation, or the iPad Pro will get a glass back. Perhaps further leaks will clarify the situation. Stay tuned!
