The Bolt Food food delivery service was launched in Ukraine in the fall of 2020. The company continues to operate during a full-scale war in Ukraine, delivering food in Lviv, Kyiv, Odessa, Dnipro and Kharkov. The next city in line is Vinnytsia, where fast food delivery from Bolt Food has started working from today.

To use the service, residents of Vinnytsia need to download the Bolt Food app on their smartphone and follow a few simple steps:

  • choose a restaurant;
  • view the menu and add dishes to the basket;
  • select the delivery address and payment method;
  • wait for the courier who will bring the order.

Currently, more than 20 catering establishments cooperate with Bolt Food, including KFC, Lviv Croissants, Aristocrat, Lavinia and many others. Their list is constantly expanding. During the launch period, the Bolt Food app has a 30% discount and free delivery, which applies to absolutely all dishes and establishments.

“It is important for us not only to restore pre-war orders where our service worked before the full-scale invasion, but also to develop it in new cities. Thus, we support Ukrainian business, make the life of Ukrainians more comfortable and provide assistance to the country and volunteers,” says Ivan Grinchuk, Head of Bolt Food Food Delivery in Ukraine.

In addition, each user of the service can join the support of volunteers by paying for a charity dish in the Bolt Food app in the Volunteer Thank You category.

It should be noted that Bolt services are used by more than 100 million people in 45 countries of Europe and Africa (more than 400 cities). The multi-application provides a range of services, such as car hailing, carsharing, electric scooter and electric bike rental, as well as food and grocery delivery. To date, more than 2.5 million drivers and 100 thousand couriers around the world cooperate with the company.

In Ukraine, Bolt services are available in Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zaporozhye, Poltava, Kryvyi Rih, Chernihiv, Sumy, Bila Tserkva, Vinnytsia, Khmelnitsky, Zhytomyr, Kropyvnytskyi, Cherkassy, Nikolaev, Chernivtsi, Kremenchug, Lutsk, Rivne, Ternopil, as well as in Uzhgorod, Ivano-Frankivsk and Odessa.
