Rumors of a secure version of the Apple Watch have been circulating the web for over a year. And if some production problems were mentioned last fall due to a design revision, then this time the chances of seeing an extreme version of the watch are much higher. According to a new report from analyst Mark Gurman, this will be a higher-end solution that complements the Pro gadget portfolio. Expected features include a more impact-resistant display in a reinforced case, improved battery life and a corresponding price tag “comparable to the iPhone 13 Pro” – around $ 900-999.
And this, by the standards of professional athletes, who are the target audience of the device, is quite the usual price for top-end sports equipment. However, the Apple Watch Pro (or Max) at this stage is nothing more than speculation without serious confirmation, and therefore you should treat them with a grain of salt and wait for Apple’s autumn presentation.
