Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Maryna Lazebnaya said that during July, Oschadbank will transfer to the accounts of 325,000 people receiving benefits for housing and communal services the balance of such benefits that were not used during the 2021-2022 heating season. As a result, people will receive funds to their accounts totaling about UAH 410 million.
The minister said that despite the additional burden associated with martial law and a large number of internally displaced people, the regional social protection authorities checked the balances of benefits that were formed on the accounts of beneficiaries as of 06/01/2022. At present, the check has been completed and all the necessary information has been transferred to Oschadbank.
During July 2022, Oschadbank will credit the indicated balances of funds to the accounts of beneficiaries. The bank will inform people about such a transfer in SMS messages or information messages via electronic means of communication (if the bank has information about the beneficiary’s mobile phone number).

If a person receiving benefits does not have an open account with Oschadbank, then he can open one. To do this, it is necessary to submit an appropriate application before December of the current year, that is, beneficiaries can apply for opening an account during July-December.
