For more than a year, Ukrainian entrepreneurs have been able to access the service of automatic registration of sole proprietorships, and the next step will be the automation of registration of TOVs for individuals. Citizens of Ukraine over 18 years old with a tax number and a UNZR will be able to use the service.
“We believe in Ukraine as a country of entrepreneurs and we do everything to simplify communication between business and the state as much as possible. All public services should be simple, fast and humane. That is why, together with the National Information Systems State Enterprise and the Ministry of Digital Transformation, a procedure for registering a limited liability company in automatic mode without the participation of a state registrar has been developed. That is, a person logs in and submits an application for opening a TOV through the Diya portal. After that, the application is automatically submitted for the state registration of the TOV. That is, all data verification will take place in registries without the participation of people, ”said Sergey Orlov, Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.

The mechanism of automated registration of TOVs is aimed at reducing the administrative burden, which in turn will provide a number of positive benefits, namely:
- the time to receive such a service will decrease, since it will not be necessary to contact government agencies once again;
- the subjective factor during state registration will be eliminated and, as a result, the number of unreasonable refusals in state registration will decrease;
- the duration of the registration procedure will be reduced;
- corruption components that may arise when applying to government agencies to provide such a service in the usual way will be eliminated;
- the queues and the number of people physically visiting the subjects of providing administrative services will decrease.
“Automation of the procedure for opening an LLC is another step for Ukraine to become a country of entrepreneurs. By helping businesses develop, we develop Ukraine,” said the Deputy Minister of Justice.
