Ukrainians who, due to the war, were forced to seek asylum in the safe regions of the country or are registered in the temporarily occupied territories, have already received more than 1.5 million transfers with monetary assistance from international organizations through PrivatBank.
Currently, people registered in the territories defined by international organizations (Luhansk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Chernihiv and Zaporozhye regions) and who have applied through the platform have help. The total amount of payments received is more than UAH 6.5 billion, and the vast majority – 90% of transfers were received online to a PrivatBank card in Privat24 mobile.
Recall that an application for the payment of financial assistance from international organizations can be submitted online through the government platform “єDopomoga” , without visiting a bank branch or centers for providing administrative services. If, for example, older people do not have the opportunity to apply on the platform on their own, they should turn to relatives, acquaintances, friends who can help to do this for them.
In the application, in addition to personal data, it is necessary to indicate the IBAN of the card for PrivatBank payments. It can be found independently in the Privat 24 application (section “details”) or in the self-service terminal. If there is no card, it can be issued in a few minutes in the Privat24 mobile application or at a bank branch.
