Mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine, which is part of NEQSOL Holding (Azerbaijan), has expanded the geography of the “Affordable roaming” service. Slovenia and Luxembourg have added to the list of countries where a free roaming service package is available. Since the beginning of the war, Vodafone has already provided free roaming services for UAH 596 million as of 30.06.2022.
The updated list of countries where Vodafone customers can use the free roaming service package by paying only their usual Ukrainian monthly fee is as follows:
Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Greece, Denmark, Estonia, Israel, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, USA, Hungary, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden.
Most Ukrainian Vodafone subscribers are now in Poland. In second place – Germany, in third – the Czech Republic. The fourth country by the number of Ukrainian roamers is Italy, and France completes the Top-5.
The service “Affordable roaming” includes 10 GB of Internet, 300 minutes: 250 minutes for calls to Vodafone Ukraine numbers, 50 minutes for calls to other Ukrainian operators, in the host country, as well as for incoming calls. The package also includes 100 SMS to all destinations.
Vodafone automatically activates the “Affordable roaming” service for subscription subscribers with a connected service package at a tariff, and for contract subscribers – with a paid bill. You can also activate the service yourself once a month by dialing *600*6#.
After the service package is exhausted, the basic tariffication in roaming will apply – Internet 25 UAH / 100 MB for subscription and contract, 50 UAH / 200 MB for business subscribers, calls from 15 UAH / 10 min, SMS 1.5 UAH / 15 pcs.
