It turns out that if at any one point there is a failure, then this also catches all the other nine elements, because the deviation affects everything. Accordingly, we receive ten error notifications, but without specifics, where and what exactly needs to be corrected. Dynatrace, on the other hand, uses AI to analyze the error as it occurs and instead of ten notifications, it sends one. It will indicate what exactly did not work as it should and what needs to be fixed.

One of the latest cases of interaction with the platform is related to our mobile application. There was a bandwidth issue between individual elements within the application architecture. Diagnostics made it possible to effectively calculate and configure additional elements of control and balancing, as well as increase the power of individual nodes. With the help of other solutions it was not possible to do this.

A big plus of using Dynatrace is that the solution requires almost no maintenance time. We effectively interact with the integrator and vendor, so we interfere minimally with the settings and support of the platform itself. Pre-configured dashboards and system interface are perfect for us.
