Doogee was inspired by Nothing Phone (1) and decided to implement the idea of flickering LEDs in their new S89 series of protections. Based on the S88 series, which was improved in several key parameters and added a pair of “breathing” RGB diodes to the rear panel (it turned out a la robotic eyes). The user can customize colors and assign lighting to specific functions. The main technical feature of the S89 series is a 12,000 mAh battery, which eliminates the need for the user to have a PowerBank with them. Curiously, the S89 Pro version has a 65W charger, which is something you don’t see every day in the rugged smartphone category. The claimed time to fully charge the monstrous battery is 2 hours.
Both Doogee S89 are built on MediaTek Helio P90, both have 8 GB of RAM, three cameras, 6.3 “display with Full HD + resolution, 16-megapixel front camera and Android 12. The Pro version is allocated by double the amount of internal storage (256 GB), 64- The main camera sensor (instead of 48MP) and the aforementioned 65W charger (33W for the S89) See the poster below for a comparison. S89 can be bought for $200 (instead of $400), and Doogee S89 Pro – for $230 (official prause – $460. You can find other promotions in the remaining period “>on the official Doogee website page , and smartphones will be sold on AliExpress or in the company store (links below).
