Blogger Unbox Therapy posted a video of two prototypes of upcoming Google smartphones – Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. According to the source, the devices have “almost final” hardware, but have not yet been equipped with any software other than a boot menu and a screen with some kind of barcodes. However, Unbox Therapy compared them to their predecessors in size and design. For example, it turned out that the Pixel 7 will be significantly smaller than the six, finally getting a significant difference compared to the Pro version. It will become even slightly larger due to the less curved display.
There is also a difference between the two Pixels in the processing of materials: if the base model has brushed aluminum ends, then the older device has them polished (the material is not specified). But there are also common points – both devices offer wireless charging, increased screen refresh rates and will go on sale in October. We are waiting for the announcement.
