Huawei, positioning itself as a premium brand, is not inclined to set modest price tags. The company today announced the international launch of the mid-range Nova 10 and 10 Pro , launched in China in early July and based on the 4G version of the Snapdragon 778G chipset. True, the date of the start of sales is still mentioned, but the prices are announced. And, frankly, they are not average. So, the base Huawei Nova 10 will be available for £430 (about $500), offering a 6.67″ OLED screen, a 60-megapixel front camera, a main camera without OIS and a 4000 mAh battery with 66 W charging for this amount.

The older Huawei Nova 10 Pro is priced at £630, which is equivalent to $730 and perilously close to the base iPhone 13 (and potentially iPhone 14) starting at $799. At the same time, it differs from the one and a half times more affordable Nova 10 only in an auxiliary 8-megapixel front camera and a 100-Wh battery charging at 4500 mAh. Both models feature a waterfall screen, mono speaker, and run HarmonyOS. In China, by the way, both models are sold much cheaper: $390 (2699 yuan) for Nova 10 and $535 (3699 yuan) for Nova 10 Pro.
