Xiaomi is preparing to release a new budget series Redmi A, and the debut model will be Redmi A1. The 91mobiles resource offers a detailed preview of this model, which includes a press photo revealing all the key design details of the future novelty in three colors (black, blue and green), as well as the main technical characteristics. Already the first glance at the future beginner suggests that we have an entry-level device. There is a waterdrop notch, a wide chin, a plastic body and a dual main camera. The source adds to this information about the Helio G22 “under the hood”, an 8-megapixel main camera, a 5000 mAh battery and a price tag of around 120 euros. The full announcement will take place on September 6th.

Recall that in the Xiaomi lineup there was a Mi A1 model under the Android One program (naked Android). Redmi A1 has every chance of becoming a representative of the Android Go series, but we will know for sure next week.
