Despite the fact that the official presentation date of Xiaomi 12T has not even been announced yet, a resident of South America said that he bought a copy of the novelty in the store. It happened in Peru, where the devices are allegedly already at the presale stage. The unrepresented Xiaomi 12T with 8/256 GB of memory went to the owner for about $616, which is extremely expensive, because the device is a chipset-cut version of the recent Redmi K50 Extreme Edition , available in China for $474 with the same amount of memory and top Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The randomly sold device is based on the unannounced MediaTek Dimensity 8100-Ultra, which the owner even confirmed with screenshots of the specifications screen.
He did not refuse to provide the XiaomiMIUI publication with live pictures of the device, which is expected to be indistinguishable in appearance from the Redmi K50 EE – only the “Xiaomi” inscription on the cover gives out the device. In addition, the owner confirmed the key details of the filling, in particular, a 120-Wh battery charging for 5000 mAh, a 108-megapixel main camera in the company with an 8-megapixel wide and a 2-megapixel cap and a 6.67″ AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels. And after all, there will also be Xiaomi 12T Pro, which will be the company’s first smartphone with a 200MP camera. The official international debut of the Xiaomi 12T family is expected before the end of September.
