The full specs of the upcoming Intel Core processor series have now been confirmed by Igor’sLAB thanks to a leak. The lab notes that they expected to see more processors of the K and KF series, in accordance with previous leaks – perhaps only the chips presented on the slides will be released, the rest will be released later.
The flagship Core i9 series has a TDP of up to 253W (Max power in Turbo mode) and supports clock speeds up to 5.8GHz. The Intel Core i9-13900K is confirmed to be a 24-core processor with 8 performance and 16 efficient cores. It offers up to 5.8GHz boost thanks to Thermal Velocity Boost technology. The CPU supports DDR5-5600 or DDR4-3200 memory.
The Raptor Lake Core i7-13700K will have 16 cores (8P + 8E) and boost to 5.4GHz. Unlike the Core i9 series, the i7 does not support TVB. Interestingly, they also list the same maximum power of 253 watts.
Models i5-13600K and KF will receive up to 14 cores (6P + 8E) and overclocking to 5.1 GHz. Compared to the i7 series, there is no Turbo Boost Max 3.0 support here. Max power is also lower at 181W, with all the processors mentioned having the same TDP of 125W by default.
The official presentation of Intel’s 13th generation processors is expected at the Innovation event on September 27th .
