The beta version of the Android 13 operating system (Android 13 QPR1 Beta 1) has a new feature called Clear Calling. It is designed to remove extraneous background noise during telephone conversations.
Clear Calling reportedly works “on most mobile networks” but “is not available when making calls over Wi-Fi.” It is also noted that the content of conversations is not transmitted to Google.

Although the Clear Calling feature is still in the testing phase, it can already be activated on smartphones running Android 13 QPR1 Beta 1 without rooting. To do this, send the following shell command:
adb shell settings put global settings_enable_clear_calling true
After that, the corresponding Clear Calling item will appear in the “Sound and vibration” section in the settings.
You can enable “Clear Calling” without root by sending the following shell command:
adb shell settings put global settings_enable_clear_calling true
Then go to Settings > Sound & vibration > Clear Calling.
