The Armed Forces of Ukraine have demonstrated their high efficiency and over the past two weeks have liberated the occupied territories of the Kharkiv region from Russian invaders. Together with Ukrainian flags, Ukrainian services and companies are returning to the liberated cities.
So, from September 12, the Nova Poshta company resumed work in Balakliya. The mobile branch works for receiving and issuing parcels weighing up to 10 kg. It is located at Balakleya, st. Oktyabrskaya, 18 and will be open every day from 11 am to 4 pm. You can pay for delivery services on the spot only through the mobile application of the Nova Poshta company or send a parcel at the expense of the recipient. The mobile branch does not yet conduct cash transactions. Also, Nova Poshta resumed the work of branch No. 1 in Chuguev, Kharkiv region. It is located at st. Geroev Chernobyltsev, 50A and will be open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. All financial services and delivery are available in the branch. By the end of this week, the company plans to open 14 more branches in other de-occupied cities of the Kharkiv region, and by October 1 – to restore 80% of the network in the liberated settlements of the Kharkiv region.
At the same time, the Vodafone operator announced the return of Ukrainian cellular communications to Shevchenkove, Kharkiv region. The company notes that it is working on restoring mobile communications in other liberated settlements in the Kharkiv region.
Additionally, the national operator Ukrtelecom announced the resumption of communication. The technical divisions of the company are already coordinating their actions with the State Emergency Service and the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and after taking the necessary measures, they will be engaged in the restoration of the telecommunications infrastructure. This will provide Internet and telephony for residents and businesses in the liberated settlements of the Kharkiv region. It is noted that Ukrtelecom has already prepared all the necessary resources for the prompt implementation of repair and restoration work.
