At the same time, the basic iPhone 14 is not very interested in the public, not to mention the iPhone 14 Plus, which has become a frank outsider. Against this background, new reports from the authoritative analyst Ming Chi Kuo sound quite expected. Apple reportedly asked its main contractor, Foxconn, to switch production lines of the base iPhone 14 in favor of firmware. The analyst expects other Apple suppliers to receive a similar refocusing request in the coming weeks. In this regard, the projected shipments of older iPhone 14 Pro in the fourth quarter of 2022 will increase by 10%.
