Google introduced its new flagship smartphones of the Pixel 7 series, which are positioned by the manufacturer quite simply and concisely: the best devices for calls, photo / video and voice functions. Responsible for this is a complex of hardware, software and AI solutions, at the center of which is the chipset of its own (well, almost!) production Google Tensor G2. The main camera innovation was the zoom: Google managed to achieve 2x optical zoom, 5x optical zoom and 10x hybrid zoom (only in the Pixel 7 Pro model) from a single telephoto camera with periscope optics. Both representatives of the series boast a 125.8-degree wide capture angle (autofocus was delivered only to the firmware), as well as a 50-megapixel main sensor. The rest is software magic.
