It depends on many factors, so it’s not about weeks, it’s about months.
Yuriy Ignat, the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told how long it will take for the first Iranian drones produced in Russia to enter service with the Russian army.
In his opinion, it depends on many factors, primarily on the willingness of countries to deploy it. It is not about weeks, but about months, he said on the air of the information telethon.
“It is clear that it will not be quick. Because it is possible to deploy (production – ) at some capacities, simply bring it to places where there is already equipment, but all the same it takes time. And as we know, in Russia this process can be somewhat protracted, maybe someone will want to make some extra money from it,” Ignat emphasized.
The spokesman of the command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine added that if the production is still launched, “it is clear that Iran simply wants to avoid sanctions issues, sanctions pressure, by handing over mopeds and their drawings to Russia.”
