Among the wounded are six children.

In Ukraine, 10 people, including two children, became victims of Russian missile fire on November 23, and another 52 people were injured.
“As a result of yesterday’s targeted shelling, 10 people died, including 2 children. 52 people were injured, six of them were children,” the National Police of Ukraine informs on Facebook.
It is also reminded that critical infrastructure facilities were damaged. There is no energy and water supply, in some places – heat and communication.
“The Russian military continues to demonstrate to the whole world that they are terrorists,” the police stated.
Russia’s missile attack on November 23
As reported, on November 23, Russia carried out another mass attack on Ukraine. Rockets hit critical infrastructure facilities in several regions. In total, Russian troops fired about 70 cruise missiles, 51 of them were destroyed.
Emergency power outages occurred in many regions. Power outages were also reported in neighboring Moldova.
At the Rivne, Yuzhno-Ukrainian and Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plants, emergency protection was activated due to shelling, and in this connection, all power units of these NPPs were turned off.
As a result of hits in energy facilities, many regions of Ukraine were left without heat and water supply.
