There are reasons to believe that the Russians can produce no more than 15-20 such missiles per month, noted Oleksandr Musienko.
There is reason to believe that Russia can still produce the Kh-101 missiles. During the year, already during the sanctions, the Russian Federation was constructing them.
“Some of the surviving Kh-101s, which our military manages to shoot down, could be produced already after the introduction of sanctions. In general, these are the only missiles that Russia can produce in a certain amount. There are reasons to believe that the occupiers can produce no more than 15-20 such missiles per month. That is, these are the capacities that they can close,” explained Oleksandr Musienko, head of the Center for Military Legal Research, Channel 24 reports.
The expert added that this amount is not so large, because in order to use these missiles, it is necessary to leave a certain amount of the arsenal in warehouses.
“The Kh-101, which they made this year, shows that the reserves are running out. They are making efforts to produce those that they can still produce and can use. Therefore, if we produce 20 missiles per month, we understand that in order to carry out large-scale attacks, it will be it’s just not enough,” said Musienko.
Russia uses Kh-101 missiles against Ukraine
On November 23, Russia once again massively bombarded Ukraine with missiles.
According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian Federation launched about 70 Kh-101/Kh-555 Kalibr cruise missiles in Ukraine.
