18,000 residents were left without heating.
An emergency situation of a military nature arose in Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region.
As Serhiy Borzov, the head of the Vinnytsia OV, reported in his Telegram channel, this decision was made by the Vinnytsia Regional Commission on Technological and Environmental Safety and Emergency Situations.
“After the missile attack on the Ladyzhynska TPP, an accident occurred in the city’s heat supply networks. Taking into account the appeal of the acting mayor of the Ladyzhynska City Council, Oleksandr Kolomiyets, we are deploying the work of an emergency headquarters in the city to eliminate the consequences of the accident. The measures that the Ladyzhynska city executive body is taking so far are extremely insufficient: “18,000 residents are without heating. The only way people can heat their homes is with electrical appliances,” he said.
According to Borzov, coordination of forces and means of civil protection, military command and critical infrastructure enterprises is urgently needed.
“The emergency headquarters is already working. We are doing everything to restore the operation of Ladyzhyn’s heat networks. We are deploying additional heating points,” the head of the OVA said.
