As the mayor of the city noted, this may indicate that military equipment and ammunition are being moved through Melitopol.
Russian invaders have been jamming mobile communications in the temporarily occupied Melitopol of the Zaporizhia region for three days in a row.
As the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov said on the air of the informational telethon, this usually happens during the transfer of military equipment and ammunition through the city.
“For the past three days in Melitopol, the occupiers have been regularly turning off mobile communications completely, jamming them. They usually do this when military equipment and ammunition are being transferred through the city. They believe that it will be more difficult for our special services to learn about this information then, but this is not true “, Fedorov stressed.
He also said that in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region, the situation in the medical field is extremely critical, since the Russian occupiers have placed military hospitals or barracks in almost all hospitals.
“Not a single hospital, except the one in Melitopol, is working in the temporarily occupied territory due to the fact that the occupiers completely seized them under their hospitals. The Melitopol hospital is working today, but some departments were also occupied by the invaders. And today, for example, the former central district hospital or children’s hospital the occupiers have complete control, they place the wounded there, or use them as barracks,” Fedorov emphasized.
He added that the residents of the temporarily occupied territory not only cannot receive medical care, but cannot even leave there.
“Our residents are suffering and it is also very difficult for them to leave today. Today is the fifth day the occupiers are not letting men out of the temporarily occupied territory through Vasylivka,” Fedorov said.
The situation in Melitopol
On November 27, the mayor of the city, Ivan Fedorov, reported that the Russian military is fighting in agony in the temporarily occupied Melitopol. The collaborators discuss the escape plan, the Gauleiter terrorize the medics, and the occupiers are looking for partisans in every possible way.
According to the Center of National Resistance, the criminal situation worsened in the temporarily occupied Melitopol due to the arrival of Russian soldiers from the right bank of the Dnieper.
Earlier it was reported that the Defense Forces of Ukraine damaged a railway bridge near the village of Starobohdanivka in the Zaporizhzhya region (40 km from Melitopol). The Russian invaders used it to deliver weapons and military equipment.
