The mayor of the city, Vadym Boychenko, said that 90% of the city’s infrastructure was damaged – 1,368 buildings, 11,384 houses, 25 kindergartens, 11 hospitals, 53 cultural and sports facilities, and 39 schools were destroyed.
At the same time, the city council reported that approximately 150 people die in Mariupol per week.
In turn, the occupiers demolish houses in the city and remove them from Yandex maps. The Russians plan to demolish about a thousand more houses that were not completely destroyed during the siege.
