Elon Musk, who previously endorsed West, said the rapper was blocked for “inciting violence.”
Kanye West (who has now changed his moniker to “Ye”) was banned from the social network after he posted a swastika resembling a Star of David on his Twitter account and made public his personal correspondence with Musk. Before the ban, West went on conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ show with commentator Nick Fuentes, where he praised the Nazis and said he liked Adolf Hitler.
“I love Jews, but I also love Nazis,” West said.
Funtes, in turn, stated in the program that he is “pro-Putin and pro-Russian.” West said, “me too.”
Gizmodo writes that Ye also made ridiculous claims that Hitler invented the microphone, roads and other things, which are not true. Even if an artist has a mental illness (Kanye West was diagnosed with bipolar disorder a few years ago), this is no excuse for demonstrative anti-Semitism. Former associates of West recently said that he always loved Hitler.

Musk, who previously stated that he was a supporter of “absolute freedom of speech”, before blocking West, wrote to him on Twitter that he can post a failed photo of Elon, but posting a swastika is not acceptable.
“I tried my best. However, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence. The account will be terminated,” Musk said.

But it wasn’t just the swastika that apparently upset Musk, as West also shared their private messages.
“I’m sorry, but you’ve gone too far. This is not love,” Musk wrote to West, according to screenshots posted by the rapper.
“It’s not for you to judge,” West replied.
The social network Parler, which Kanye was looking to acquire, also announced the termination of the deal with the rapper immediately after his interview with Alex Jones. Company officials previously told Axios that the acquisition was expected to close by the end of the year, but declined to say whether West had signed any documents.
A statement from Parler’s parent company said:
“This decision was made in favor of both parties in mid-November. Parler will continue to look for future opportunities to grow and develop the platform.”
A source familiar with the situation said Ye’s shaky financial situation, including the loss of the Adidas deal, played a role in the deal’s collapse.
Adidas stopped cooperation with Kanye West because of his anti-Semitic remarks – the company will lose about $250 million
By the numbers: Kanye West only has about 55,000 followers on Parler, compared to 18.5 million on Instagram and 32.2 million on Twitter — both of which he’s currently banned from.
Recently, several big brands have stopped cooperation with the rapper. In addition to Adidas, talent agency CAA and fashion label Balenciaga have ended their working relationship with West. On October 24, the MRC film and television studio said it was delaying a completed documentary on Ye because of his remarks.
