Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu arrived in Belarus for talks with Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin.
It is reported that on Saturday, December 3, the Flightradar24 aircraft flight tracking service recorded the Tu-204 government aircraft of the Russian Federation (this ship is also called “Putin’s air headquarters”). Shoigu’s plane has already landed at Machulishchi airport.
According to BELTA, Khrenin and Shoigu will hold talks in Minsk.

It is known that Shoigu and Khrenin made changes to the Russian-Belarusian agreement on joint provision of regional security in the military sphere and signed the relevant Protocol between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on making changes.
Note that the last changes to this agreement were made on December 19, 1997.
